Basketball Cupcake Rings - 24 ct

I didnt use this product for a cupcake topper. This product did work well for what I purchased it for. I used this product to cover the twist tie on the outside of party favor bags. It added a special touch & look to the goody bags.

Added a nice touch to the cupcakes for our teams end of season party!
