I didnt use this product for a cupcake topper. This product did work well for what I purchased it for. I used this product to cover the twist tie on the outside of party favor bags. It added a special touch & look to the goody bags.

Really cute and good quality! Only gave four stars because even though the title says 24 (which is what I wanted) the description at the bottom says pack of 12. I got a pack of 24 so Im happy!

Would definitely recommend these! These were surprisingly bigger than I expected, they even fit a few of the adults fingers! Perfect for cupcake toppers!

Looks cheap and the rings are way too big for cupcakes
