Battery Operated Clip on Mini Desk Fan, Black

Waste of money! I was so excited to get this for my baby! First one I ordered had the battery leaking out so they sent me a replacement. (I bought this fan for ball season so my baby didn’t get too hot) Got new one in and no leaking so I thought great! Charged it up, used it one time for an hour and the thing never turned on again. I recharged it (thinking possibly the battery doesn’t last but an hour) well even fully charged it doesn’t work. I’m so disappointed because now it’s past the turn date. I should of just got a refund when the first one I got was bad. Definitely not worth the $20 I spent on this (I notice now it’s even cheaper but still isn’t worth listing price).

The lithium battery died in my first one and its an unusual size...not AA or AAA. I use the fan for my treadmill and my recumbent exercise bike. I like it so much that I ordered the special battery for #1 and now I will have a second so I dont need to keep transferring it. Makes good air and quiet. Worked perfectly for many hundreds of users. This new one is identical. Thin and lightly made but just right for my use. I find that passing on reviews honestly is important. This is great for what it is.

This is my new best friend. I love that it is wireless, the clamp is big so it attaches almost anywhere. The fan rotates is so many directions. It is super easy to use and is great for anyone suffering from hot flashes. It flicks on quickly, has many speeds and is quiet. However, I do love the white noise that eases me to sleep. My only downside is that it needs to be charged every day if I use it for the full night. THat is a small price to pay. I LOVE THIS FAN!

I bought this fan for my sons carseat. My car gets really hot, so I needed a fan that could quickly cool him down and provide continual airflow. This fan can put out a lot of air and it also has an adjustable knob so you can choose the setting. It is also lightweight and clips onto his carseat easily. The slats are also not wide enough for him to fit his fingers in between, he tried lol, which is a plus. The battery probably lasts around 2-3 days using it no more than an hour or 2 every day. Its also easy to recharge- from an outlet or in your car. Sometimes if I dont think it will last, I just bring the charger with me and can easily charge it in the car if needed. Its also not very loud, it just makes a low humming sound. This fan is great if you are looking for a small personal fan that puts out a lot of air.

Great fan, the battery came charged and ready to go, it’s air flow is great, super fast speeds. The only problem is it’s I wish the clip was bigger, bought it to clip to my desk bc I love that it has a protective layer over the plastic so it won’t scratch anything. It just sadly is a little to small but to be fair my desk is pretty thick, another thing I don’t like is the battery dosent last more than an hour, and it can run when it’s plugged in but only half of the speed it normally is which feels likes nothing when it’s so hot.

Battery life sux ( luckily I have a few 18650 ). The mirco usb plug is no longer working. Did not stand the test of time ( because very loose after a month ). Look else where !!! Should have been a 1 star but gave it a 2 star because at least at full charge it moves a decent amount of air.

If this were any smaller, youd blink and miss it - 7 tall, 5 1/2 wide. The clamp opens to 1 1/2, and has a very strong spring - it will stay wherever you put it. You can also set it on a table or desk without using the clamp, and the fan itself can be turned through 360 degrees to fit your needs. While its listed as a good fan for hooking on to a stroller, its good for other things as well - Ive got it hooked to the edge of the desk, aimed at the base of my laptop for those times when Im gaming and the computer heats up. Its also a good personal cooling fan... just aim it in the right direction, and you might not even need A/C. It will hook into *any* standard USB port - Ive connected it to my BluRay player on those nights when its gotten a little too humid, and it keeps me cool while watching movies. The battery holds a charge for a good long while (though I havent timed it), and it does have a charging light on it. The only real problem is that the fan is just a little slower, a little less powerful when its connected to something via USB - but if the battery is fully charged, disconnect the USB cable and it kicks up a notch. Its just a little big to fit in my computer bag, but it doesnt take up a lot of room otherwise, and its definitely a good value for the price.

I bought a fan nearly identical to this one at Toys R Us and use it on a baby carrier. That Toys R Us fan is okay, but the motor is not very strong and does little to cool the baby during summer months. I also tried to use it to get breeze in a tent while camping, and it was worthless for that. So, when I saw the glowing reviews for this similar fan on Amazon, I thought I would give it a try, hoping that the motor would be more powerful. I was not disappointed. Holding the two fans side by side, the top speed of this Amazon fan is about twice that of the Toys R Us fan. This Amazon fan provides quite a bit of airflow for such a small device. I also love the fact that it can be recharged by USB. Our family has USB plugs everywhere, including the car. Its just so easy to plug this fan in for a few minutes to top off the charge. Finally, this Amazon fan is more flexible and can point in just about any direction. I was initially skeptical of this fan because virtually all of the glowing reviews (at that time, about 70% of them) were from people who had received a benefit for reviewing the product. I hate that practice and wish Amazon would shut it down. Ive been burned before by buying a product with glowing reviews only to find that the product stinks and the reviews were bogus. Why not let a good product speak for itself? Despite my skepticism, this fan basically lives it up to the hype. Its a little flimsy/lightweight, but it has a powerful, adjustable speed motor and convenient USB charging. Id recommend it. (And for the record, Im just a regular Amazon customer who paid full price for this thing based on the good reviews.)

They reached out to me after seeing my review below and they offered to send me another fan with longer battery life. No pun intended. This little fan has so much kick. It’s definitely an upgrade to the one I purchased. It features a nice large power button and a oscillating on/off button. It’s got 2 large batteries and 2 aroma discs. Haven’t figured those out yet but I’m loving this fan!!! This company is awesome to work with me in this way. When I first told them which fan I wanted, they asked me to place the order and that they’ll reimburse me but I explained that I couldn’t afford it at the time. So they sent the fan anyway. I’m very pleased and very impressed with SkyGenius. I purchased this little fan for when my husband has to go in for chemo. He would break out in a sweat and the staff would have to cover him in ice packs to cool him down. No, the fan didnt prevent all that from happening when we got it but it did help cool him down. Its small and packs enough punch to make a difference. I now use it on my bedside table for an extra breeze at night. My only complaint would be that the battery doesnt last very long. You will have to constantly have it on a charger, however, when its charging, the fan slows down. So thats annoying.
