It does provide some much needed relief. At this point, I was willing to try anything. Im experiencing my first sciatica, and from my understanding, its severe. Left lower back, all the way to my foot. Ive experienced every symptom on the medical sites. This has really helped my calf, and made walking much easier. Ive got a long road to recovery, but this is helping. If my case wasnt so severe, it may provide better relief. It fits well under my own clothes, so you cant even notice it. I was finding it hard to sleep at night due to my painful sciatic. This has let me sleep through the night pain free. The directions state to use only a few hours but I use it overnight. I only wish it came in a smaller size. It’s a little large and slides around.

Husband has bad back getting shots in back, bought this it does not happen as quick as they say, he wears both and nothing happens, feel waist of money

the directions for putting it on your calf,either right or left are clear,and the directions say do not wear more than 2 hours at a time..it is adjustable but you must get the large disc in the right spot..i need to try it a few more times to say for sure,but it seemingly did nothing to alleviate sciatic pain..

I’ve had prior back surgery that was considered failed back surgery. Without high doses of lyrica, norco and flexeral I can barely get out of bed.
