It work smoothly for two days. Then i switch its monitor, it stops working. The unit is on but nothing show on the screen. The key board and mouse do not response. Try it with different monitor but not thing change. I have to return it. Very disappointed.

Installation was seamless - cannot believe how quiet this machine is - only time I hear a fan is when starting up

Got this for my husband and he is thrilled with it. He doesnt play games and we have not needed to contact Tech Support so cant address those features. It weighs so much less than a traditional desktop it is amazing. With Windows 11 Pro, the memory and SSD size it was too good a bargain to pass up.

Good little computer. I use it for GIS work with QGIS. The SER5 is coupled to duel monitors and several attached external hard drives for storage and backup. The SER5, 500gb SSD and 16gb memory, handles the intensive graphics and large file sizes rather well. One issue is not related to the computer per se. I mounted the computer on the back of the monitor via VESA mounting screws. This is great for saving desktop space, but my wireless mouse and keyboard studder a bit located in front of monitor. Placing them kind of under the monitor allows them to work fine. Also, the newer internal SATA drive mounting design does not allow some 2.5 drives to be mounted (drive to thick) and the additional fan is way to close to the drive. A thinner SSD drive may work, though I have not yet tried one. I really like this little computer.

Wow!! Amazing

Delivered within 1 week to The Netherlands. Buying this pc via Amazon US, instead of Amazon NL is definitely cheaper, even including the customs tax amount. I did had to replaced the included US power cable, with an EU power cable I have at home. After that, this excellent pc could finally be used.

I wanted to replace a tower pc I had built ten years ago but didn’t want a big computer. Since mini pc’s are as powerful as towers, I got this one. Fast, quiet and compact. Great mini pc.

Its speedy fast, very small and it works well. It boots quick, it supports 3 monitors and overall a great package. USB and WIFI works as advertised. It does not get too hot, its perfect. Its super quiet.

Using it as an Ubuntu alternative and backup to my M1 MAC Mini workstation
