For the money, I dont think Ive seen anything as good. The one thing I do not like is the video driver. If I have it hooked straight to my monitor, it will occasionally blank out for a sec. Usually when I first open up my browser and hit a page with a video on it.

I love the small footprint, but have serious doubts about the longevity. Been using it sporadically for about 1 1/2 months with 2 monitors, and one of them is periodically shutting down (switched the monitors, and its definitely the port, not the monitor or wires).

plugged in the peripherals , fired it up , and went through the initial setup process without any issues... little box is fast and meets my needs...

I havent tried it for gaming yet but I do have a middle schooler who needed his own space. This was perfect. It keeps up and has crashed or anything. Hes created a world on Minecraft effortlessly for a school project. No lag. I would recommend this buy for something casual.

Overall speed is very reasonable, graphics are fine for light to medium gaming, and about the best built-in graphics you can get. Not as fast as a discrete graphics card, but given the size and price, very happy with the middle of road graphics capability. Very fast to set up, not a lot of extra garbage pre-installed. Just plugged into HDMI port on tv, booted, and I was past all the start up menus in less than 5 minutes. I added a 2tb SDD drive internally, no issues. I bought for a portable TV/entertainment center when I travel outside the USA, so I can use laptop for biz, and this attached to any tv for Hulu/Netflix/games/surfing etc with a VPN. Only used for a few days, but very pleased overall. For 400 bucks, its a great value for what it does.

When I first received this, it worked as expected. Once the 30 day return period expired, the mini computer started freezing about once a day while watching videos. Amazon will only direct me to a video showing how to do basic maintenance. As an experienced computer engineer, this looks a lot more like bad design or craftsmanship.

It work smoothly for two days. Then i switch its monitor, it stops working. The unit is on but nothing show on the screen. The key board and mouse do not response. Try it with different monitor but not thing change. I have to return it. Very disappointed.

I just got my Beelink SER5 a day ago, but so far it seems great. Very well made and meeting all of my expectations. There is NO bloatware on the Windows 11 Pro provided. Everything seems to be straight up vanilla Windows 11, which is great. Speed and performance seem great. My demands are pretty low, so I cant really tell you how it works under the stress of heavy gaming, video editing, etc. But for the price, plus the coupon that was available, I am VERY pleased with the value. I was planning on buying a 27 All-in-One computer, but with the Beelink and the included VESA mount, I will buy a nice 27 monitor and make my own. In the end, I will get a more powerful computer for several hundred dollars less than the true AIO format, PLUS I will get more ports and easy upgrade options that an AIO PC couldnt provide. I am very pleased I stumbled across these in my search!

Had a product key code activation issue after re-imaging a BeeLink but their tech support happily helped via email. These are speedy little machines we have 4 of them for classrooms and they have 32 GB RAM. Im pleased with my purchase.
