We graduated our daughter from the 4 wheel radio flyer scooter to this 3 wheel gem. She took to it immediately and even felt confident enough to stand on the scooter and balance her body weight. The scooter was also easy for her to turn on which is important. For NYC where the streets and sidewalks are unpredictable the wheels on this scooter are thick and can handle bumps and uneven ground/pavement very well. All in all I am glad we didnt spend top dollar and took all the great reviews for this brand to heart and made the purchase. I am even looking into an adult scooter for myself now! :) Enjoy!!

She had an old similar scooter that she weighed too much for. She is just under 50 lbs now and this one is working well for her.

We ordered 2 scooters in green and purple and both are true to color to whats pictured on amazon. I was worried about them not being foldable, but you can put it together and take it to part just as easily. My kids (age 6 and 4) LOVE them! Theyve never played with anything as long. The adjustable handle bars are awesome. The light up wheels are a plus! We flew from San Antonio, TX to Atlanta for a long weekend and took the scooters with us. We took the handle bars off off of each of them and both fit in a suitcase, along with all of our other travel items easily. Prior to purchasing these, I did a lot of research and compared scooters. So happy we bought these! Theyre even strong enough to hold my husband and I! I recommend them!

It was super easy to assemble feels very durable and sturdy. My kid loves the light up wheels. It took a couple of days for my 5 year old to get used to the lean to steer, about two and half days of maybe 30mins to an 1hr scootering. Now he really moves on that thing! The first time he tried it he was very discouraged and frustrated but little by little he’d get it and be super happy and proud of himself.

Our 5 year old daughter loves her new scooter we got for her birthday! We love how it will grow with her as she gets older! It was easy to put together except there’s an mechanism inside the shaft that clicks the shaft piece into the board piece that ended up slipping up so I had to use a pair of needle nose pliers to pull it back down. Once I did that it was good to go and locked into place fine! Didn’t take long once I knew what I needed to do. If I could give 4.5 stars I would! That was the only glitch.

My almost 5 year old grand daughter asked me to buy her a pink scooter for her birthday. I began to research for a safe durable scooter and stopped for many reasons when I found this one. The height is adjustable for a growing child, it has an extra wide deck for both feet, an easy to reach foot brake, and two wheels in the front and one in the back. After watching my grand daughter on this scooter the first time I knew it was a perfect choice because of how easy it was to steer it, balance on it and stop it. This scooter is sturdy and I feel being able to adjust the height she can grow and continue to enjoy her pink scooter which also has flashing light up wheels for years to come.

My daughter asked Santa for a pink scooter for Christmas, so he surprised her with this! She loved it, and parents loved it too. It was easy to assemble, easy for her--a beginner--to start riding as it has 2 wheels in the front, and the size of the scooter was perfect for a small 7-year-old girl for room to adjust the height of the handles as she grows. Breaks work well and the wheels that light up different colors is definitely a plus! Its sturdy and beautiful! We definitely recommend this product!

    Greater than one week

As soon as my daughter unpacked the scooter I could tell that this is robust, good quality product which will last for next couple of years. She is 4 and the lowest setting of the handle bar was right for her height. There are still 2 more to go. It was very easy to assemble. Package was delivered late in the late evening so she tested lightning wheels right away and it was pretty impressive. She liked it a lot. It looked very stable while she was riding, the deck was reasonably wide which she liked. The best part for me, as a parent, is that every part on the scooter can be replaced with the use of Allen Key. Overall, great product.

I bought this for my daughters 3rd birthday. She LOVES this scooter. Im still trying to get her to watch where shes going because shes fascinated by the light up wheels. She only wants to watch the wheels light up, and they only light up when the scooter has certain pressure and speed applied. Its easy enough to put together and it is adjustable as noted. The base is sturdy and close to the ground. Sidewalk fluctuations scrape against the bottom and sometimes cause it to get stuck between cuts in the concrete. The handle bars are on the flimsy side. It doesnt really fit snugly and its almost like it gives you a false sense of being able to steer with the handlebars rather than leaning. The break is a neat feature and it works. My child was able to pick up on how to use it by her second go at it. All in all she loves this scooter and the base being closer to the ground makes me feel like its more of a tripping hazard for my husband in the garage than it is a fall hazard for my kid.
