Was skeptical about these tri-wheel scooters as they are usually for lightweight kids. We wanted to replace our old one and was thinking to get the two wheel but our son was not ready and decided to give this a try. He was thrilled with the smoothness, the colors that light up on the wheel and most important the breaks in the back which the old scooter did not have. Lastly, this seems sturdy as it advertise that it can hold up well over 100 lbs. This was certainly a good investment for the kids to be able to scoot around within our neighborhood.

The brake broke off within 6 months. My 3 year old just learned how to use the brake, so it had very little wear and tear. Company has responded to our problem and we are hoping to get this resolved asap. This is our 3rd beleev scooter for our kids. The older model from 2 years ago, has a brake attached with a metal bracket and has NOT broken after much wear and tear. These are great scooters, but be careful with the brake and make sure your kids use their feet to stop themselves...I guess

Updated review: after just a few weeks of use, both scooters I purchased started to fall apart in different ways. One scooters brake mechanism broke off. The other scooters brake wore down the wheel quickly. The handle bar post lock on that same scooter stopped working. And there were other issues too. Im really disappointed that they feel apart so quickly with regular ol kid use. Original review: Purchased this product after the volume of positive ratings. It did not disappoint! It assembled in under a minute and the kids were out scooting about five minutes after they arrived. They spent most of the day outside after that. I got the version with a seat for both my preschooler and bigger kid and they both love the feature. And the lights in the wheels are magical.

This held my weight as an adult easily, think it’s more sturdy than the micro brand. Bigger than the micro scooters. My kids loved the micro, this glides just as well.

My little girl is still trying to get her balance down on her bike but this scooter is easy for her to balance that now is giving her confidence that she can and has used for her bike. She loves it

I got this for my 2.5 year old and she can definitely use it at the lowest height setting. So I can confirm the lower end of the 3-14 year old age range is accurate. The scooter is height adjustable so it should last for many years, although I cant confirm the 14 years old upper range cause my kids arent there yet. Assembly was very easy, took no more than 5 minutes. The scooter is made from very high quality materials that seem to be durable. The front wheels light up at night when the scooter is being ridden. Definitely a good choice for a kids scooter.

My Daughter is four turning five in a month. She had a Tots 3 wheel scooter for almost a year. Unfortunately, her scooter was ran over while backing out my car from the garage. She had tears in her eyes and did really good not crying for her broken scooter. We immediately went amazon and searched for a replacement. Its is a good thing that Tots scooters are no longer available. I thought the tots was a well made scooter. But I was wrong! Compared to her BELEEV kick scooter the tot was junk. The BELEEV kick scooter is AWESOME! I was easy to setup. And she is now riding her her new BELEEV kick scooter like a pro! The wheels bearings are well made and makes for a fast smooth ride. The shocks are better too so she can really cut corners and turn really sharp! This is a great scooter and I am very pleased with my purchase!
