> 3 dayWe just received this scooter and after only a couple tries, my 4 year old is scooting around like a pro! The scooter is intuitive and easy to get the hang of. It’s so fun to watch my child scoot and use their foot to push and then use the brake to stop. He feels very proud. Took him a minute to figure the lean to steer as he is already used to riding a bicycle. The scooter is very cool looking (wayyy cooler than all the other kids scooters we saw while riding at the park this weekend) and it’s very easy to travel with. The light up wheels are so awesome (although a little distracting at first)! It would be nice to have more gender neutral color options but the writing on the post adds a fun rainbow effect. We love it and are happy we chose this scooter. Get it and have fun!!

Greater than one weekThis is more of a lean into the turn rather than you turning the handle bars and it turning. I hadn’t realized

> 3 dayUPDATE: The scooters are still a good buy but the customer service is strange. I bought two two scooters and they come with a free gift. You have to post a review and send them a screenshot. The first one shipped from CA and is a good helmet. The second one never arrived after 12 emails over 26 days and a useless tracking # that stopped working after the package left China. Now they tell me they can look into it….next month when their vacation is over. Is this how it will be when it is time to order replacement parts? I hope they fix it but I’ve stopped telling my granddaughter she is getting a cute backpack. ORIGINAL FIVE STAR: There is basically no assembly required, just some adjustments. It collapses into a sturdy box with a plastic handle that you could use for vacation travel, shipping, or long term storage. Owners manual is easy to understand, informative, and worth saving. The parts are interchangeable so if you break a piece you can buy a replacement. The handle bars have three height adjustments. It has a foot brake and every wheel lights up when it spins. There is a free gift, too. They will send you either a free helmet or a free backpack (maybe for the handlebars?). Not sure of the size or quality of either but its free. The kids love the scooters and we go to the park with paved paths. So far a very satisfying experience. p.s. You should know that the front wheels do not turn by twisting the handle bar. The turn by leaning your weight a tiny bit. At first the 4 year old was going in a straight line, getting off, and starting over in a new direction. But within a half hour of play she got the hang of it. The turning radius is large so you have to start leaning early. No turning on a dime but this meant she has yet to fall off.

Greater than one weekThis product came in with a nice and simple packaging. Instruction sheet is also cute and very clear - although it was pretty much an easy thing to assemble. Our 5yr old automatically love the scooter because of its bright color and trendy style.. She had another scooter given to her (2 wheel) that we taught she was ready for but she is afraid of actually playing with it just because she cant really balance yet. But with this, it has given her confidence and with the wheel lighting up, it has even added her confidence in going faster. We were not able to identify at first how to steer, but it was only because instructions for steering was found in amazon and we did not really read it from there. Overall, I would recommend this product to my friends! thumbs-up!

> 3 dayGave to my grandchild for Christmas in December. The last week in April the back tire began to have the rubber come off and now the wheel will not turn making it hard for him to ride. Mind you we live where it gets cold in the winter months so he probably only rode around on this for about a month. We got the pink one as well and that seems to be holding up much better. I hope to get a new one or at least two new back wheels, he loves this so much!

> 3 dayLook I was like meh we will try it but let me tell you I love this scooter. It’s put up with a lot, including my WAY TOO BIG self trying to ride it. Successfully might I add! It works well for my daughter (and me!) will probably be buying my son one I. The near future!
