BELL Frozen Toddler Bike 3D Tiara Helmet (3-5 years), Toddler 3D Tiara (7068215)

The helmet was great. The decorative crown was unnecessary and we felt it was dangerous. When snow tubing down the hills, we feared the crown would hit her face or poke her eyes. We pulled the crown off with no difficulty proving a point as far as we were concerned although cute, it can be dangerous.

This is a beautiful helmet and my Frozen-loving 3-year-old loves the design, which is very colorful, but Im only giving it 3 stars because this helmet does not fit her head. I measured her head and it is exactly 50 cm circumference, which should be perfect, since this helmet Fits head Sizes: 48-52 cm, but my daughters head seems to be much rounder than the inside of this helmet. The inside is quite a bit longer front to back than it is side to side, so even though it should fit based on the circumference, the helmet is hard foam and not at all adjustable, and there is no way her head will fit inside. Buyer beware because I cant return it once I cut off the packaging to try it on.

I bought this helmet for my daughter who will be 2 in three weeks. She has always had a little bit of a bigger frame than others her age so I figured this size would fit her with a little room to grow. well, it fits her perfectly! Im hoping it will fit her for a while but Im not sure how quickly her head will grow at this age. It definitely will NOT fit her until she is 5. I love the adorable design and the colors are great! I love that it isnt just pink or the traditional Frozen blue. Overall I am happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it. I also love the reflectors on the back of the helmet strap!

It is really the helmets fault my daughter falls right between sizes? Maybe. Its a SUPER cute helmet and she loved that it has Frozen AND a tiara built in. She was dying to wear it with her Big Wheel. We debated on which size to order and this was the one that technically aligned with her measurements. I think it is too small though. I can cram it on her head, but the chin strap barely buckles. Im worried the larger sized version will be way too big, though, because according to the measurements it is going to be swimming on her. I think what we really need are these dimensions for circumference with a longer chin strap. So, in a way, I do think it is the products fault that it doesnt fit. It comes in two versions and I think they didnt allow enough flexibility in design to accommodate all the head shapes that fall into the gap between their sizes.

My daughter is a tall 4 year old but this helmet was too small for her head. The size of her head is in the range that the product describes which makes me think it is not true to size. My 6 year old daughter has the hello kitty version of this that we bought years ago and that helmet is in fact a true fit and still fits her. She also said that this one was really tight and hurt. For us the back plastic pieces were digging into their head and the front was really tight. I may go into a store and try this one on. Maybe we just got a bad one.
