> 3 dayThis bag is beautiful and unique looking. So no more getting it mixed up with anyone elses. It is very lightweight, even with items in it. The outside has a shiny, gemoetric look and bright gold zips (that dont look tacky). the inside has a black and gold gemotric pattern as well. There are straps to hold down the items inside of the luggage. The other side of the luggage (when opened) is about half of the size of the luggage. Overall, I would recommend this item.

> 3 dayLight weight, maneuverable, stylish. Held clothes & gear for a 2 week trip of city touristing, mountain hiking and a marathon. Inexpensive packing cubes (separate purchase) kept the divided sides organized. Used an outside strap to stabilize zippers during baggage handling.

> 3 dayMy wife was so excited to get this. Its light but very sturdy. If I remember the commercials correctly not even a gorilla can damage this thing. I like that the shell has a unique pattern and the zipper and tag are both gold, so the look is pretty cool. It has another zipper so you can expand the suitcase an extra inch or two. The wheels work well, there are plenty of pockets and pouches and such for organization... its pretty much everything you want and would expect from good carry on luggage. Highly recommended!

> 3 dayI have been using the referenced Amazon Basic TSA lock 20 carry-on for a while and it has been great so when Vine offered me to chance to review the American Tourister equivalent I jumped at the opportunity to see if the Basics brand was on par with a major name brand. As you can see from the images they share many of the same features - privacy compartments, expandable middle section, small item pouches, and other organizational conveniences. Both are well built and durable as far as I can tell based on the AT being as solid as the AB model. Besides the TSA lock on the AB model the AT brings some very nice bling and while at first I was surprised at how much it stood out it has come to be very appreciated. My wife in fact took it from me and has claimed it as hers which is fine. She has used soft-side spinners and this was her first hard side and she loves it. She often has to travel (by car) for one to two days and this is perfect for everything she needs and for getting from the parking deck to the hotel or event it cannot be beat. While I will miss the bling, I prefer the TSA locks since I fly more often then drive. Overall a great choice and a 10 year warranty against defects.

> 3 dayI’m giving this a 4 star only because the handles don’t lock in the position I want them to. Other than that great suitcase

> 3 dayI needed a suitcase that meets the carry on requirements of airlines because I refuse to pay for checking luggage. I packed 5 days worth of clothes in this including hiking boots and 2 bulky sweatshirts. I was surprised at how much I could fit in it. It rolls nice, is sturdy and looks nice! I would buy again!
