I ordered the 28 and got the 24 which I already had and I needed the bigger one for a trip. Love the luggage but upset it was the wrong size

I do a lot of airline travel and that is bad news for luggage. Im very pleased with this unit. Good looking, sturdy and durable. I normally have to buy luggage every two years and Ill purchase this unit again.

I bought this for my friend for her birthday we just went to Florida and back and the zipper broke and the zipper key’s started to come apart she has used it one time and didn’t over fill it and it broke :( I’m not happy at all with this product
