it’s actually kind of hard to dock. idk if im just slow or not but i had to spend 5 minutes trying to dock it. otherwise it’s pretty cute.

So cute!!! Easy to put on and very sparkly! I suggest you have a skin before you use the case because it’ll make it that much cuter! :)

The pictures dont do this justice, its even prettier in person. Feels sturdy and really easy to put on and take off. The Joy-Cons are soft and really comfortable. And docking seems to work just fine, just need to push it in a little harder. The glitter specks are just enough, and they really shine in the light. I got this as a present and shes super happy with it. Might buy a skin to make the glitter stand out even more. Highly recommend!

Updated after 1 week use: I noticed my switch getting really hot compared to normal and crashing/freezing which never happened in my life.. I took the backplate off and sure enough my switch started to cool down. I’ll keep an eye on it but for not I gotta sock my original review down to 3/5 stars if this is causing no ventilation it will cost more to fix than the cute case Original: So I purchased this and one that was $25 to see if there was a difference and they were the exact same case so go with the cheaper priced one (This) and save yourself $5-$10! I didn’t realize it’s just the back shell and joycons. I thought it had a front protector so that’s my bad. The joycons are a jelly type of material which was easy to put on my switch compared to other shells and it does make the buttons a little harder to push but not much. Noticeable at first and goes away pretty fast. Now it does take quite a bit of wiggling to get this in my dock properly to charge / play on my tv but after some attempts it did go in, I wish it was easier which is why I took a star away plus it also peeled my expensive skin a bit when applying to the joycons. Overall, I’m happy they finally made a regular switch case like this because they only had the switch lite version which drove me crazy. For $20 it’s decent, a little over priced maybe by 5ish dollars but overall I still do suggest
