Perfect fit! I thought the joy cons vs. back piece would have different textures and would be distracting, since the back piece is hard shell and the joy cons are more flexible, to accommodate the joy sticks, but it feels great! Fits in the dock and isnt bulky or sticky.

I really like that it is still easy to dock on the docking station. I also like that its not too thick. The joycon parts were a little difficult to get on but it is super helpful and comfortable.

This case is absolutely gorgeous! I love the soft plastic for the joycons while the case offers hard plastic for the main body of the switch. This case allows you to still dock your switch, which is always preferable. The glitter adds a layer of adorable-ness while still letting you see the back of your switch (in any case that you have a themed switch). Would absolutely recommend this case!

This is ADORABLE ! Love the look! Not sturdy or protective... it is just made for looks. Not sure if it’s able to be docked since I mostly play hand held.

I purchased this case directly from their website as a bundle with the diamond joystick covers. The quality is pretty nice, and the case is dockable. The “glitter” is basically tiny flecks of silver dots, kind of like confetti. So, it doesnt really sparkle like glitter would. However, I knew that before I purchased the case, so thats not a problem for me. I really like the case, especially with their sailor moon skin.

Updated after 1 week use: I noticed my switch getting really hot compared to normal and crashing/freezing which never happened in my life.. I took the backplate off and sure enough my switch started to cool down. I’ll keep an eye on it but for not I gotta sock my original review down to 3/5 stars if this is causing no ventilation it will cost more to fix than the cute case Original: So I purchased this and one that was $25 to see if there was a difference and they were the exact same case so go with the cheaper priced one (This) and save yourself $5-$10! I didn’t realize it’s just the back shell and joycons. I thought it had a front protector so that’s my bad. The joycons are a jelly type of material which was easy to put on my switch compared to other shells and it does make the buttons a little harder to push but not much. Noticeable at first and goes away pretty fast. Now it does take quite a bit of wiggling to get this in my dock properly to charge / play on my tv but after some attempts it did go in, I wish it was easier which is why I took a star away plus it also peeled my expensive skin a bit when applying to the joycons. Overall, I’m happy they finally made a regular switch case like this because they only had the switch lite version which drove me crazy. For $20 it’s decent, a little over priced maybe by 5ish dollars but overall I still do suggest

I’ve been needing a case for my switch and this is perfect because I love the sparkles! It enhances my animal crossing switch and it’s so pretty now!
