> 3 dayIt didnt have any strong smell like other reviewers have posted. Well, I dont know much about this stuff since this is the first time I bought something like this. But, it works good for a hand/lip balm as far I can tell. I mixed this with beeswax, apricot oil, and Japanese camellia oil (they use traditionally use camellia oil for hair in Japan) and sandalwood & agarwood oils for scent.

> 3 dayI always loved mango butter, its lightweight and not as greasy or strong smelling as Shea. Better Shea Butter is an AWESOME brand! I have bought mango and shea butter from it! Both butters were awesome! I just wished the butter came in a screw off tub so then its easier to store it in the house.

> 3 dayIf you are looking for a butter with almost no smell, this is the one to get! I started out making my own skincare products using cocoa butter and shea butter, but unrefined shea butter smells unpleasant to me. Unrefined cocoa butter also has a strong smell that will overpower any other essential oils used in the mix. Mango butter allows essential oils to shine and on the flip side, it is great to use in recipes for people who need unscented products. Gifting was made easy this past Christmas with this mango butter in the mix! Im considering buying it in bulk the next time around! It has worked like a dream in things like lotion bars, body balms, body butters, facial moisturizers, and soap!

> 3 dayI love it all THE WAY! Only thing is you have to apply with very warm hands to help melt the butter. But once it’s melted- OH MY GOSH! It is so LUSH! I am using it for my pregnancy to prevent stretch marks. It really helps my skin stay pliable and soft. It stays soft and lush for days!!! I use it for my 3 year old. His knees get beat up! And it softens his little knee caps and makes them new again. Preventing them from darkening and scarring!!

06-06-2025I’ve tried several different ’butters’ (coco & shae) but didn’t like either the smell or the feeling of the product. Some were grainy/gritty or super greasy. This mango butter is simply Devine!! The smell is a gentle sweet smell that’s hardly noticeable which I love because it doesn’t over power the essential oils smell that I add to lotions & creams. It has a creamy consistency & it’s not overwhelmingly greasy which is great because no one wants super oily hands!

> 3 dayI Absolutely love this mango butter. It has a very mild smell which is why I chose it for my DIY body butter as opposed to shea butter. Since the start of winter, my skin had been incredibly dry and my regular natural lotion just wasn’t cutting it. I made whipped body butter using 1/4 cup of jojoba oil and 1/2 cup of this mango butter and it has been excellent for my dry skin. The mango butter sinks into my skin fairly quickly and it leaves behind a soft, healthy glow. I have also used it (by itself) as a hair treatment. I melt the mango butter, section my hair and saturate it, leaving it for 30 minutes and then wash as usual. It doesn’t leave my hair greasy at all and gives it a nice, soft shine. I will be purchasing more from this company when I run out.

Greater than one weekThis butter becomes oil very quickly. Extremely light. I have an amazing brand of blended shea butter with a not so amazing smell. I am using the mango oil as a base using 4 parts mango butter to 1 T shea. This makes both products and me, happy as I can now use the shea butter with out getting a headache. Goes on very luscious and creamy. Excellent for cracked feet or legs. I do not use butters in my hair
