BI protein products are phenomenal. I use muscle provider rite after training. Provozyn as a snack a few hours later and ump before bed. Only protein Ive ever seen a noticeable Change in muscle fullness but staying lean at the same time. Question Im asked is youre getting bigger up top but smaller on bottom how do you do it. This is the only protein powder I have found that tastes good mixed with water and doesnt have that fake sweetener taste. Its very chocolatey and can help with my sweet tooth cravings! If you like Ovaltine with milk then you will like this protein powder. It definitely makes a difference when I drink this during my workouts helping me power through.

Exactly what I was expecting, Ive had the chocolate before and it tastes good but I thought Id try Vanilla and its even better than chocolate. I would buy this brand hands down that one of the Wal-Mart specials it is so much better

This stuff is great...I had vanilla before, and that was wonderful too. I use a scoop in the morning, and it helps keep me full along with my high protein breakfast....Great pre/post workout drink, one scoop has over 20 grams of protein and no sugar! 110 calories! The taste is great. Vanilla is more cake batter taste, this just tastes like chocolate....what can be better? Not lumpy and I love it.
