> 3 dayBest protein powder out there. Most powders have an awful taste but this one is not bad at all. Mixes well with milk to just drink straight or making a shake with PB & bananas. Breaks up well with a blender ball as well. I have tried the chocolate and rocky road so far, both are great. I prefer the chocolate personally.
