This stuff is worth every cent. I cannot express how awesome this stuff is for a hangover, overeating, and feeling better after being dehydrated from being outside/overheated or being sick to your stomach. Your headache will lessen and youll feel better overall. While it is not a replacement for actual medical care, it really is like an IV in a bottle and the best electrolyte drink Ive ever had. My friend worked outside in the heat every day and often felt like passing out, but started to drink one in the early afternoon and sipped on one through the day and felt so much better every day. 4 Tips: 1. Drink it cold! It will also work at room temp but tastes better cold. 2. Youll get used to the flavor. The citrus flavor helps, but it is inherently a lil salty and a little odd at first but you get used to the taste, especially when you need electrolytes, and you see how it helps you. 3. Drink a whole one immediately (moderate pace, dont have to chug), then sip on another throughout the day. This has worked best for me in the past especially with hangovers and day after the beach. 4. Of course drink water before, during, and after any event you know will drain you. They also sell this at liquor stores and pharmacies but its cheaper to buy in bulk once you realize how useful it is to have on hand as a remedy. Hope that helps!

My sister been stocking up on these and I wanted to give it a try before I bought it. Luckily my sister gave me one to try. Yes I put it to the test and drank a lot on Thanksgiving from taking shots to drinking beer. 30mins before bed I gulp it down man let me tell you I was mess up. When I woke up the next morning I felt like I didnt drink at all. It was very odd to me because when I drink I always have a hangover and have to take Tylenol but not anymore its pricey but you get what you pay for. It is truly amazing and it really works. I highly recommend.

We used this to rehydrate my father-in-law who was on dyalisis and not able to drink large amounts of fluids. He enjoyed the flavor better than Gatorade & it took less of it.

I’m a bariatric patient and I struggle with severe dehydration frequently. Biolyte has literally saved my life and given me my life back! I take it every where I go, especially hiking in the Georgia heat. One bottle has the same contents as a full bag of IV fluids (which I’ve had to have several times) and quickly rehydrates and gives me back my energy. The taste is good, I still mix it with a sugar free sports drink of some sort; but still good on its own. My only complaint is the price. Yes, it’s much cheaper than an ER visit, but still a bit spendy on the pocketbook if you need/want to drink as often as I do. Overall 5-stars and I love it. FYI: I’ve given it to friends for severe hangovers and they swear it’s a miracle cure.
