Great for fast rehydration but I wouldnt make a regular casual drinking beverage out of it. I have used in intense heat and after a few too many

My husband used to suffer from leg cramps a lot, after he started to drink byolite the cramps are gone, his muscles are well hydrate and no more pain.

My daughter has POTS and was getting an IV Saline infusion every 3-5 days to stay functional. Hoping to get her off of the IVs, her cardiologist recommended trying compression leggings and Biolyte. She drinks 1 Biolyte per day (more when she plays volleyball) and has not needed an IV Saline infusion in over 5 months!! The taste was a bit of an adjustment in the beginning and she could only drink it cold, but now she can drink it at room temperature. She has tried other hydration drinks, but prefers Biolyte. I am so grateful for this product!

This is, by far, one of the best electrolyte drinks I have ever had. Ive tried all three flavors - Citrus, Tropical, and Fruit Punch - and all three are equally great, and the drink is best served over ice. It does exactly whats printed on the bottle, and then some. Well be keeping the office stocked with Biolyte from now on.

The product was a prime order, delivery speed, but it was not delivered as scheduled and I was very disappointed. It was recommended by my doctor, and it certainly help the health condition of my husband. It was needed, but I had to make another separate purchase, because it did not arrive as scheduled.

This stuff is amazing! Im working on some issues. I woke up yesterday and after 1st void, I didnt need to go again for over 4 hrs which is generally impossible for me. I know Im dehydrated as just got tested which showed abnormal BUN, so I had just bought my first case of Biolyte. I drank the whole bottle and like magic all was back to normal for the rest of the day. Im highly impressed!

Found this locally but only a couple places sell it and they were out of stock so came here and was happy to buy it in bulk. This is the BEST hydration product I’ve found. Post workout or for occasional overindulgence, it gets you back to 100% in no time. I’ve told several friends how incredible this stuff is and they all want me to grab them some to try. Not sure why a few reviews complain about the taste but I keep it in the fridge and I don’t mind the flavor at all. Glad I was able to stock up because now my husband is raving about it!

First off, the new flavors are so much better and don’t taste as salty (thank you!), but regardless of that added perk - this works as well for me as getting an IV as far as hydration & nausea. I tell everyone about this product; even my doctor is recommending to other patients because of how much I rave about it.
