> 3 daySwitched my worn Ender-3 brass extruder gear with this one. Size was so close that I didnt bother with E-step calibration. Working great.

> 3 dayThese have worked well over the past prints! The teeth come to a more defined point so they grab the filament better and wont slip. Wont wear out like the cheap brass ones.

Greater than one weekI recently printed Delein with moderate success but when I switched back to TPU for a customer I noticed I was getting terrible underextrusion. Come to find out the Deleon has almost polished smooth the teeth on the brass hub. I have since replaced the brass with these and have gone through a whole spool of delrin, glow in the dark, and wood and teeth are still sharp. Highly recommend. Also the larger grub screws allow for a much tighter lock on the motor shaft.

> 3 dayI got some of these to go with a metal extruder for my Ender 3. Theyre probably strong enough to drag a refrigerator down a hallway. Get some. Throw your brass in the trash.

> 3 dayThese gears grip the filament very well. They dont slip and generally provide nice results. In 3D printing, there are always little things that add up and these are a good inexpensive item to ensure that the whole system is running smoothly over long periods of time. Most people will have good results with this on a single gear extruder. The only weakness I have seen is that with certain prints that have a lot of retractions, there will be flattening of the filament. This may lead to under extrusion or even complete blocking of the Bowden tube. So if a certain print has fine detail such as fine embossed text, the retractions will add up and begin crushing PLA filament before the filament reaches far into the Bowden tube. Hence, this will lean on a slicer setting for Max Retractions.

> 3 dayBrass drive gear had worn out and was slipping. Filament would not feed. The steel gear made my extruder work again. I hope steel last longer than brass.

> 3 dayI used this gear to replace my stock brass gear on my Anet A8. I somehow managed to strip the teeth on the original gear. Figured I might as well go overkill on the replacement. This stainless steel gear does great on my extruder. It grips the filament and doesnt let go until I press the release lever. I would highly recommend this as a first upgrade to a direct drive extruder.

> 3 dayI used this as a last ditch attempt to fix the extrusion on my Tronxy P802m. it fixed the extrusion problems and now i get perfect prints every time! i will be ordering again when i need more!
