Cookies are bright. Cardboard is sturdy. Kids loved them so much that we ended up using some of them as face masks, and the other half as puppets (by gluing a popsicle stick to them). I purchased the birthday cat garland. it came with a ribbon and each party hat had two holes i heeded to string. a needle was provided. we loved the whimsical faces. used for 14 yr old girl birthday along with pink and gold decorations.
