Exactly as described. Very cute. I taped them around the house with speech bubbles. My kid got a kick out of them.

My 5 year old wanted a cat birthday- these were a perfect addition. We actually left them up on our mantle for a month.

This was the most commented on decoration at the party. Everyone loved it.

My daughter loves cats and she was laughing when she saw this on her birthday. Thank you!

Easy to put together with the included ribbon.

Buy this. It’s perfect. Hilarious. Sturdy. Give yourself some time to string the cutouts together. Satin ribbon and plastic needle included. We’re leaving it up for a while longer just for a the laugh.

These were a great hit at the party. Very sturdy and would recommend these again.

Whats not to love about these party cats? We left this banner up long after the party because seeing these hilarious cats reminds us to smile. Things will get better, in the meantime looks at these partying cat!

The cat garland wasn’t the best. It looks okay but it’s very cheap and overpriced. Also you have to put it together which was a bit of a pain. The birthday girl aka cat lady loves it though so that is really all that matters.

So cute! My daughter loved it and they are still hanging in her room and her birthday was in January!
