> 3 dayI bought this to keep by my desk and vacuum tuffs of fur and dirt. The exhaust fan is close to the front end of the tool and on the bottom side, so it blows the fur and dust everywhere if you try to use it without the attachment tool. The normal end for vacuuming can not be turned in the other direction due to locking grooves that dont line up with turned, but the attachment can be. If careful, it works great. I just wish the exhaust was more towards the handle side or on top.

> 3 dayI bought this to keep in my van…with three kids it has come in handy! I just wish the canister that holds the vacuumed up debris was bigger because it does not hold much it is tiny so you have to empty it frequently. It is also kind of loud so my 2 year old is scared of it. Battery life isn’t bad, but I usually charge after each use. It only has good suction power right after a charge and loses suction pretty quickly if you keep it on a while. This is best for a quick cleaning.

> 3 dayThis little thing is phenomenal. Its better than my shark dustbuster thats twice the size. It even sucks up sand and crumbs stuck in the carpet in my car. Ive literally been walking around the house with this little vacuum, sucking up every piece of dust or dirt I can find. Its that much fun. Be warned, the dust cup is very small and it takes a long time to charge. Its a small price to pay for the best time Ive ever had vacuuming in my entire life.

> 3 dayI bought this for lite tough up vacuum jobs that didnt require me taking the full sized vacuum out of the closet (such as getting the edges of the wooden stairs) and in that regards it does a great job. It comes with an attachment with a brush at the end which is pretty much required as using this without any attachment doesnt work that well. Cleaning it is easy as the compartment comes off. It doesnt hold much at all, but it is a small vacuum. It uses filters which is nice and theyre easy to replace. It also came with an extra filter. I wish the base itself was the charger, but the base it rests in is just a piece of plastic and the unit is charged by plugging a micro usb cable directly into the vacuum. I would like to see in the next version, a base that serves as a charger with a usb-c input and another attachment.

Greater than one weekThe suction is extremely weak, the battery doesnt last anywhere near as long as advertised, maybe 4-5 minutes tops, and it is not convenient to use. Weve bought several BISSELL products over the years (two regular vacuums, and two carpet cleaners), which made us think to choose BISSELL again when looking for a handheld vacuum. Its very inconvenient that you cant just pick it up off a charger and use it, you have to manually unplug the little cord, and plug it back in when done, like you would an old phone. Last is you have to manually clean it out after every use. Its not like other products where you can just press a button, dump, and be done. You have to unscrew the end, then you can dump the contents, but most of what it sucks up seems to get mashed up against the mesh filter so you have to manually pick the pieces out, or separate the mesh filter and bang it on the edge of the trash can, or you wont get any suction when you try to use it next time. Very disappointed in this BISSELL product, will definitely consider other brands when our current full sized vacuum and carpet cleaner need replacing.

> 3 dayI watched the videos and read the reviews, and I had high hopes for this handheld vacuum. First of all, the power button is in a very awkward place. You need a good grasp around the vacuum to remove the top to empty the debris and clean out the filter. Every single time I remove the debris cup I turn the vacuum on and have to rearrange my grip. You also need a good grip around the vacuum to try to put the brush tool attachment on. Once again, Im constantly turning it on when I do that. The brush tool attachment does not attach securely, and it came off a few times when I was using it. There is no secure click or anything to tightly hold it in place. If you put too much pressure on it, it comes off. I tried vacuuming a lampshade that sits over a heat vent that had cat hair on it. When I slid the brush up to use it on the attachment it brushed the hair off the shade, but it did not suck the hair into the collection cup. The hair accumulated on the brush. I had to pull the hair off the brush and throw it in the trash. With the brush slid down, the flat suction part of the attachment did not remove the hair from the shade. It did a pretty good job sucking up debris out of my computer keyboard. Ill keep it, and over time I may get used to holding it in a cumbersome way that keeps me from hitting the power button.

> 3 dayI purchased this to go in my glove box to keep my little ones carseat clean. Sand and crumbs can jam up the carseat locking mechanism so we vacuum it regularly to keep safe and working. It cleans small crevices amazingly and quickly. Im very impressed by the suction power and it doesnt fade as the battery does. The battery lasts quite a while too. It charges via ISB in my car and it fits in my glove blx. To be honest, I cant believe I didnt get this one sooner.

> 3 dayThis small duster allows me to get into small places I could not get to before. So easy to use and so powerful. Easy to change and store.

> 3 dayMy experience with this handheld vacuum is, when I use it on flat smooth surfaces the exhaust fan located on the underside of the vacuum blows away all the debris before it can vacuum it up. Therefore scattering the dust, crumbs or hair all over the surrounding area and into the air. If you want to use it for your car maybe your experience would be different. I didn’t buy it for that. I would suggest the exhaust fan be relocated to the top or back end. That way you have a better chance of actually vacuuming up your mess and not creating a dust storm. Otherwise, the suction seems pretty good for such a small appliance. And the battery life is acceptable.
