It is light weight and does the job effectively!

The foot of this vacuum does not lay flat and skips across the floor not vacuuming at all. If used alone with no attachments it has decent power.

Very convenient vacuum, lightweight and works great with pet hair on wood floors and large rugs!! Would recommend and definitely buy again!

The suction frankly isnt very powerful but for the price it serves the purpose I use it for ok.

I have a Bissell Featherweight in almost every room of my house. I was in the process of ordering another one when I came across the ad for this lightweight vacuum with a brush. The blue Featherweights I use for fine dust and dirt on all my hardwood floors and boy do they get the job done. Pick up every speck of fine dust, dirt, cat hair and cat litter. - no broom can match. Only not so great on rugs. So when I saw this for $50, knowing Bissell makes great products, I ordered it. As a handicapped senior who cannot use a regular heavy vacuum, I can safely say this little machine practically outdoes my $200 Shark Upright. The suction is so strong that it lifts the heavy Chinese sculptured rug off the floor sometimes (around the fringed edges). I am so happy with this machine - lightweight, easy to empty dirt bin, ordered extra filters on Amazon also. The perfect machine at such a low price !! My rugs look immaculate - so easy, I now can vacuum daily.

Works great for everyday and touch up cleaning! Great for every day messes from pets (i.e. seed debris from birds, litter from cats) and the light weight it makes it less of a chore.

I chose this stick vac because of the rotating brush. Ive had others in the past that dont have it and they never clean my floors well enough. Its a little loud, and sometimes I have to go over an area a couple of times before it picks up what is on the floor, but I didnt expect a great vac for this price. HOWEVER: If you live in an upstairs apartment this may disturb your downstairs neighbor. In two of my rooms the vibration of the vac is just so that the entire floor thrums loudly. And my apartment isnt that old and is well made. There is just something that just resonates when Im using the vac. I had full sized vac before this one and it did not do it. Because of that I will not purchase another one once this one is gone.

Great vacuum but motorized brush is flawed. Dunno if its a safety feature or the motor is just burning out but if youre vacuuming a fabric (carpet/rug/etc.) and theres too much friction working against it to the point of stopping the brush from rotating, the motor will stop working periodically. I had to stop, wait a couple minutes, and then itll work again. Motor either needs to be more powerful or there needs to be more headroom for the brush to lift. If you dont need the brush, just get the $35 featherweight stick.
