BLACK+DECKER dustbuster 20V MAX* POWERCONNECT Cordless Handheld Vacuum (BCHV001C1)

This is a very handy vacuum to quick grab and clean up small messes without having to pull a large vacuum cleaner out. Suction is good and its very easy to empty the canister when full. The only thing I wish this had was some sort of brush attachment and there doesnt seem to be any accessories for this product available.

Great vacuum… I highly recommend! Especially if you have a German Shedder dog!

This little vacuum has plenty of suction for the little jobs without dragging out the big vacuum, very happy with it

The suction on this vacuum is weak, being especially ineffective on carpet, as in a car. Additionally, this thing is NOISY.

It is ok, but the suction is less than I was expecting from a 20v max tool. I have to point the nozzle so that its nearly sealed against the surface before it sucks most things up. I have a 20v max sawsall that I cut down trees with, but this vac wont move dust unless its right under the nozzle.

Bought this in January - used it twice - and now it doesn’t work. Tried a new battery without success. Went to product troubleshooting - and it’s so general that it was useless. Very frustrating

I like that uses the same replaceable battery as my yard tools. Unlike other handheld vacuum I have, I won’t have to throw it away when the battery eventually wears out

I’m not satisfied with the Dustbuster. Suction Power is very weak for vacuuming carpets in car which is the reason I purchased it. I didn’t get around to trying out the Dustbuster until after the 30 day return window closed otherwise I would have returned it. I purchased the Dustbuster since I have other Black and Decker products that use the same battery and liked the idea of being able to use the battery in multiple tools.

I bought this because i have other B&D 20v tools. The build quality is good and heavy duty. This makes it heavier and larger than other hand vacs. Like most hand vacs, they derive good suction by making the nozzle very small. It is kind of crazy to have a large vac that only sucks up a 2 wide swath. I mainly use it on pine cat litter pellets and where it gets tracked onto my carpet. I wish they had a brush attachment for carpets and furniture for pet hair. Easy to clean. Filter stays in place.

This vac is great addition for people with other B&D 20v cordless tools. While B&D doesnt make the best tool, they are more than enough for what I needed at the price that are quite reasonable. Very handy for my car, camper, boat or just do some light cleanup in the garage (still use shopvac for big job).
