Works great for my protein shakes!!

The gaskets are hard to remove for proper washing. Mold grows quickly on the gaskets due to how difficult it is to properly wash the gaskets.

I take it on my 2 mile runs to the gym. Has a good grip. Included mixer mixes my whey protein and creatine well. I like the smaller twist on cap and hook.

The bottom of the bottle clearly says 20 ounces but it isnt, we measured with a one cup measure and it clearly only takes 17 ounces but I like the rubber grip which makes it easy to handle.

I love love this thing perfect size use it almost everyday

They have a small holder in the lid that you can lift up to carry with a finger. There is one flaw, the holder that is part of the lid leaks if left up. This is a great way to measure if you are counting the ml/ounces of liquid that you are drinking i.e. heart failure, kidney disease etc.

Serves the purpose. Easy clean.

I gave it 3 stars on easy to clean because it wasn’t. The first time I used it, i wash it & it still smell like my energy drink. I don’t know how else to clean it & remove that odor

I love it. I actually have started to use this shaker bottle for everything!
