the cap screws on tight, so i never have to worry about spills with this bottle. i personally use Sierra Fit Whey Protein Complete mixed with vanilla oat milk for my protein drinks and this bottle blends it perfectly. i also love the grip, makes it easier to shake. i dont think ill ever switch to a new bottle again. highly recommend.

This bottle is great! I use it literally all the time the only downfall is that sometimes the threads on the lid don’t line up very well but just try again and it works perfect!

It is amazing how hard it is to find a shaker bottle that does not require superhuman strength to tighten the lid or snap something down to keep it from leaking while shaking and drinking! This one does the job soooo well! Easy to clean. Easy to put the lid on. It snaps down and for extra security there is a twist that even a mere mortal can do! Even better is the price. I have spent so much on fancy shaker bottles .... done! This one is a keeper!

These shaker cups are the best ones I’ve purchased. They hold up well in the top rack of the dishwasher. We have them in all the colors. No leaks. And I love the light weight ball that comes with the cup.

The Blender Bottle is easy to put powder and fluid into, it mixes efficiently so that I do not have clumps of unmixed powder, the three simple components clean easily without detailed scrubbing of wee nooks and crannies, and it has more than adequate capacity for fluids. In my opinion it is simple, efficient and the best.

I ordered this bottle as I liked the design much better than the typical blender bottle. The twist-to-lock lid is a huge bonus, and works amazing. The cup is leak proof as long as you remember to twist the lid on all the way :) even when Im mixing up preworkout and protein powders, nothing leaks out. It is a bit of a pain in to get clean in the dishwasher, as the powders dont come off very easily, but its easy enough to handwash if you have small hands.

What kind is nonsense is to say 20oz bottle but measurements go up to 17oz???? So where are the rest 3oz??? Nice bottle overall but small

They have a small holder in the lid that you can lift up to carry with a finger. There is one flaw, the holder that is part of the lid leaks if left up. This is a great way to measure if you are counting the ml/ounces of liquid that you are drinking i.e. heart failure, kidney disease etc.
