Blue Sea Systems 5026 ST Blade Fuse Block 12 Circuit with Ground and Cover

This item is a very nice upgrade for my boat. Very easy to install and the screw down connectors are much more secure than the factory blade connectors. The cover fits securely and creates a finished look.

I paid for an unopened new fuse box. This has obviously been opened from the tough clear plastic container. I want a new one, not a used one!!

Around $40 but when you consider the alternative, it becomes plain why you would chose this hardware.

Initial review - so far, so good. One fuse location had some of the plastic face over the opening, which would not allow a fuse to be inserted. Had to take the whole thing apart to clear it out. Not a big issue, but when they were assembling, I would imagine a thorough inspection of each fuse location should have been performed. Will be loading up and testing soon.

This is a nice little fuse block. Very easy to install. I used it to replace my old fuses that where glass. Pretty easy to keep everything organized. I tucked it up under my center console to keep it hidden and dry.

This thing is made right, very high quality, and at a reasonable price.

I really like these things. I started using them in almost everything I work on, from hot rods to 4x4s to boats. They are very simple. Quality is good. And the provision for grounding terminals is really nice... No one likes to be chasing a ground fault. I havent yet had any trouble at all with corrosion, even on old trucks and boats [the first one of these I used was probably in 2010 or so]. And its easy to change things around if you need to later on.
