This wireless headset is everything I hoped it would be. As soon as it arrived, I started testing it out, wearing it while I was cleaning the house. The range on the bluetooth was good. I was able to leave my phone on one end and didnt lose reception in even the furthest room. It also holds on to the ear very sturdily. The earbud can be rotated so the headphone can be worn on either ear. The mouth piece/ microphone can also be rotated all the way around. While making a phone call the person on the other end didnt seem to have a hard time hearing or understanding me. I was able to listen to music, take my phone call, and resume music all without needing to adjust the headset. The earbud lays right outside of the earhole which is amazing for me because I have sensitive ears and normal earbuds seem to hurt after a while. I wore this in one ear for 2 hours straight with not even the slightest sign of discomfort.

i HAVE TO return this. Maybe I just got a defective one but CANT find a phone number to call anyone. Once connected, the sound quality and noise cancellation and all that is great. But mine at least is next to impossible to turn on or off, and knowing youve done it. I press the button 3-5 seconds like they say, but most of the time I see no blue light or red light. So im done being frustrated by this. So Im sending it back. Otherwise, whenever I could turn it on, I liked it. But its too frustrating.

My package arrived quickly and the earpiece was already charged which enabled me to use it right out of the box! The instructions were easy to follow. I didnt think it was going to be comfy but surprisingly it is, it stays on my ear and doesnt fall off when I bend over to pick something up. It comes with 3 earpieces so finding the proper fit is super easy, I have small ears and it is hard to find something that is comfortable and works for my ear and I have no trouble with the small piece. It did take me a few tries to figure out which one fit the best. The audio on phone calls is crisp on both my side and the other end of the line. Several people that I spoke with on my phone remarked on how clear they could hear me. It pairs easily, it paired with my android phone, laptop and my Ipad within seconds. It took me a few minutes to figure out where the buttons are on the earpiece (they are on the microphone piece). It is super easy to charge the earpiece. It has several options to do so. I like how the case has an external slot for holding and charging the headset but it also can be charged inside the case also. The digital display is a nice touch, it gives you a great idea of how much the battery is charged. This is a great piece that is very affordable. I highly recommend it, you wont regret it.

Ive used this product for over a week now and my experience so far, Multiple charging options - while you are at home, I could place the earphone on top of the charging case and retrieve it fast without having to open it. When on the move, you could put in the case and carry it safely wherever you go. Excellent mic/sound quality - Its soothing to the ear and the buds has the ear covered to provide fair bit of noise cancellation. HD Mic is a good feature. Battery backup - Havent really put the battery life to the test, but Ive used it for a lot of calls and the battery didnt drain much and its still on the first charge. It pairs with my phone in a split second. Additionally, earphone has a bit of professional touch to it - cant wait to try it to use in the office when it reopens.

Great product the volume could be a little louder

Over the years, I’ve owned numerous wireless earbuds that I use when cycling, walking, listening to music/podcasts, and making phone calls. I’ve owned high end brands as well as lower cost economy earbuds. No matter what brand I owned the one thing that all the devices could never do well at all was making phone calls where the person I was talking to could hear me clearly. I found myself having to revert to taking off the earbuds and talking into the phone directly. All the earbuds I’ve owned utilized jawbone conduction and have been terrible for picking up your voice for phone calls. The ZUKUMU A14 wireless earbuds utilizes an external HD microphone that fix the issue of terrible voice quality on phone calls and makes this a must for those who spend a lot of time on the phone. As a test I called my normal clients who always complained about the voice quality when I use wireless headsets and didn’t tell them I was testing a new headset. They all heard me fine and really liked the audio quality. If you work on the phone and must type on a keyboard simultaneously, this product performed perfectly. Another plus is that I can maintain several different sets of earbuds and switch from one to the other seamlessly. Battery power can last up to 2 days without a charge and the case allows for easy docking of the headphone outside the case. I found the ZUKUMU A14 to be a perfect companion to my array of wireless headphones and give this product a 5 star review.

This is a very nice looking and sleek headset. It fits comfortably on your ear. I was concerned about using a one ear headset, but I like it better than my usually two set headphones. I can easily hear my podcast or music and still can be aware of my surroundings. The earpiece has moving parts so that you can adjust the microphone to your liking. The earpiece stays secure on my ear, which is important to me when I am walking. It was delivered as promised and rather quickly. I like that the base shows how much battery power is left on the charging unit. I have had it for over a week, and the headset is still working with only the one charge. I use it at my desk for facetime meetings and listening to music so I dont disturb my family. Usually when I am on a headset, people would say I sound like a tin can. No one has asked if I was on a headset. The voice sounds as it would be directly using the phone. The instructions provided are easy to follow. I plug the base until into a USB port on my desk lamp which makes charging the headset quite easy. This is a high value product at a very affordable price.
