Over the years, I’ve owned numerous wireless earbuds that I use when cycling, walking, listening to music/podcasts, and making phone calls. I’ve owned high end brands as well as lower cost economy earbuds. No matter what brand I owned the one thing that all the devices could never do well at all was making phone calls where the person I was talking to could hear me clearly. I found myself having to revert to taking off the earbuds and talking into the phone directly. All the earbuds I’ve owned utilized jawbone conduction and have been terrible for picking up your voice for phone calls. The ZUKUMU A14 wireless earbuds utilizes an external HD microphone that fix the issue of terrible voice quality on phone calls and makes this a must for those who spend a lot of time on the phone. As a test I called my normal clients who always complained about the voice quality when I use wireless headsets and didn’t tell them I was testing a new headset. They all heard me fine and really liked the audio quality. If you work on the phone and must type on a keyboard simultaneously, this product performed perfectly. Another plus is that I can maintain several different sets of earbuds and switch from one to the other seamlessly. Battery power can last up to 2 days without a charge and the case allows for easy docking of the headphone outside the case. I found the ZUKUMU A14 to be a perfect companion to my array of wireless headphones and give this product a 5 star review.

i HAVE TO return this. Maybe I just got a defective one but CANT find a phone number to call anyone. Once connected, the sound quality and noise cancellation and all that is great. But mine at least is next to impossible to turn on or off, and knowing youve done it. I press the button 3-5 seconds like they say, but most of the time I see no blue light or red light. So im done being frustrated by this. So Im sending it back. Otherwise, whenever I could turn it on, I liked it. But its too frustrating.

This is the 3rd or 4th set of headphones from this company and its perfect everytime. Its funny bc I was just using my other pair of earbuds and was wishing they would come out with just one (even though the others work with just one, or both together) and lookie here, They read my mind! Unboxing the headset, I didnt think it was going to be comfy but surprisingly it is, its not going to just slip off either if you bend over to pick something up. There is 2 other earpieces to fit your ear just perfectly, I have small ears and it is hard to find something that is comfortable and works for my ear and I have no trouble with the small piece. Phone calls are VERY clear on both ends.. My daughter has an iPhone and she paired it to her phone and it was the same, very clear and she said its very comfortable. Lets just say, she took it and told me to get another one. Music is clear, not to much bass, just perfect! The charger port is C-type compatible so you dont need to search for another charger all the time. The buttons are on the mic are easy to use and right there when you need them. I am not sure about the charge but if it is like any of the others then it is amazing. I will update if it is different. Definitely dont hesitate to order this head set. It will be worth the $30. Even if it was more it would be worth it.

The audio for the headset is good. The mic quality is good. The headset can flip to wear on either ear, which is good. The charging dock and battery length are both good. But whoever designed this didnt take small ears into consideration!!! The silicone pads are all huge, and keep sliding out of my ear. And the hook doesnt curve sharply enough to sit around my ear. It feels like the whole thing will slip off at a moments notice. Unfortunately, I have to return it.

It was very easy to connect to the Bluetooth. I wore it all day and it was comfortable, I didnt have to take it off or switch ears. The sounds quality is pretty good. The other person can hear me and I can hear them clearly. I was able to walk around to take out the trash while my phone was in the house but it got a little static. I was listening to music and the sound was pretty good. Keep in mind you only have it in one ear so the sound wont be as great as two ear phones.

Seems great so far. Charged pretty fast.

I am not one to enjoy writing large bulk paragraphs on a review item. So I will list out bullet points regarding this review. Regarding Experience using the earphone peice: It is VERY comfortable to wear for hours. Audio quality is good for base. It is not pumping that is markedly large, but the base is DEFINETLY noticable. THe hear phone feels reasonally light weight for hours long use to prevent ear fatigue. What is inside the box: It can be modified with multiple in ear cushion pieces; comes with 3. 2 in the case and 1 (largest one attached to the ear phone). The box also has a USB A to C chargin cable. The case: The case has a built in battery; the case shows the battery status of the cases batter when & only when chargeing the ear phone. The charging percentage display on the case is illumintated throught the translucent side where the tope hatche opens on the case. The case is matt black both outside & inside. It has a liftable door that has a window in it. The Case feels lighter for its size The side of the case as a single USB type C port for charging the case & the ear phone (if connected ot the case itself at the time). The size of the case is slightly bulky compared. The size of the earphone is smallcompared to the case. The Earphone piece: The ear phone can be charged in 2 ways. Either place the earphone folded & in the case, or perche it on to the case while docking it into the outer charging section. The outer earphone docks onto the charging point via magnetic attraction and is strong enough to handle usual background shaking while charging. The microphone want is able to be adjusted; has 3 buttons on it. 2 distally toward the tip and 1 proximal toward the earphon. The 2 distal buttons control volume; the proximal one is the power button. The power button answers calls and ends them and sound quality of calls are good. The microphone does a good job of conveying my voice to the other call recipient. The Battery: Starting from 100% charge of the ear phone battery, after CONTINUALLY playinng music for 4 hours, the battery was only down to 80%. The build quality of the earphone & the case are definetly worth the $30 price take. What I like: Everything thus far is acceptable for what I get for my $30. A long lasting batter, with good sound quality and a charging case. What would I suggest improving: Better gripping material on the case only; the earphone is fine as is because it has good enought gripping material on it; the case is esthetically pleasing for matt black; but the surface is bit more smooth than I would prefer. I would like to have the case come with more frictionally material so that I do not fear droping it simple due to it slipping out of my fingers.
