It was packaged all wrapped up so would not lie flat.

This works well. I did notice you have to put the thermostat probe between the glass and the heating pad to get an accurate reading. If I keep it at 100 it makes the inside glass part around 92 or so.

Ive used BN-LINK products on my hedgehog enclosure for years, so I felt pretty confident using it with my snakes as well. For the price, getting both a heat mat AND thermostat, this cant be beat! My temps are always right where they need to be. I havent had a single issue yet.

This product is on a scale of 1-10 it’s a 5 the heat controller works well but the heat pad does on me in a week or so.

Bearded dragon was happy he enjoyed being on his rock due to the low temperature control on this heating pad

I have this on the bottom of a glass enclosure for my hamster. It is barely warm to the touch. I can faintly feel it from the other side of the glass. I got this to keep my hamster warmer in the winter. He doesnt notice it.

Bought 2. 1 had an error message the other worked for 2 minutes, sparked And then nothing. I called the manufacturer. He said they have faulty fuses and he would send two more through Amazon and not to return them. I said ok. Two more showed up. They were broken and wouldnt work. I figured Id just chalk it up to a loss. Amazon charged me for not returning the broken 2 and said its too late now.

I have this on the side of a terrarium, but Im not sure I confidently say it makes a difference. It wasnt exactly what I was looking, but the adhesive on it is great, at least!

Gets hot and stays at the correct temperature, but the pad started to fall off two days after putting it on.

I bought this to help warm a tarantula enclosure and it worked really well. I found this very easy to set up and really liked the temp gauge suctioned to the glass (as this is the surface that can get super hot).
