Greater than one weekThis device works really well. I use it to turn our electric fence on and off. I have it set up with Google Assistant and use voice command to turn it on and off when going out to feed animals. We also have one connected to a flood light at the barn that is also connected to voice command.

Greater than one weekIt took a while and a fair amount of research to connect the plug to my WiFi network. The instructions are wrong and the product does not appear on the list of devices on the app you are directed to install do operate the plug. Although the plug appears to be manufactured and sold by BN-LINKS, you can only control the plug via an app from Feit Electric,. The instructions instructions direct you download and install an app from the manufacture (BN-LINKS) to a mobile device to be able to control the plug. I could detect the plug but not control it. When I tried to connect the plug to Alexa, I got a notice and a link to update the app. That led took me to another company’s app, which when I attempted to instal, actually downloaded an update to an app from Feit Electric (which I just happened to have to control some other devices). The Feit app located and connected to the plug and to Alexa.

> 3 dayI reported to BN-LINK that I had an issue with the dimmer. Support rep (Dianna) promptly sent me a replacement dimmer. I later discovered that I misapplied the setup for the automation routine. The original dimmer was good. Thank you for forgiving my mistake.

> 3 dayThis is an edited response and a revised rating. I bought five of these because we have a lot of porches and landscape lighting and water features on different circuits. We have a nest mesh system and strong, consistent wifi signal to the two of these I have set up so far. One of these devices kept being dropped from the set up. However, after the third set up it has worked fine for a week now. It wasnt the wifi signal. This may be a mystery that is never solved, but it is working fine now and I didnt want my harsh assessment from the earlier failures to stand. The other one, father away, has worked flawlessly from the start.
