> 3 dayI bought this knowing my 4 year old has never been swimming before. He is 37 pounds and has tiny little arms, so Im grateful I went with this choice. It fit him perfectly and he was able to swim on his own after about 20 minutes of clinging to me. It is a bit tricky for them to keep from flipping over sideways if they turn too fast so make sure you stay close by. Overall very pleased with this flotation device. He was a pro by the end of our stay at the motel! The only complaint is that it was starting to rub under his arms and on his back, but he also has very sensitive skin. I think a good layer of zinc ointment would have helped prevent that.
