WOW!!! Where was this when I was a kid - lol? This really is a gamer changer. I noticed some of the Reviews stated that it was a little pricey. You only use a very small amount. I think, in the long run, you are actually saving money because the tube will last longer. The taste is good but not overwhelming. It made my mouth feel fresh and clean. Thank you.

I always used to feel nauseous in the morning after brushing my teeth. boka is much less strong of a taste and sensation than usual mint, which has helped me not have sensory issues. i use it alongside a flourite toothpaste for more cleanliness, but boka is my favorite. i dont think i would have been able to keep up with my teeth health as well during a rough past year without it. i frequently recommend it to my friends with adhd and/or autism that struggle with keeping up a brushing routine. basically: i love it. highly recommend, esp for neurodivergent adults/kids.

I love this toothpaste! It leaves my teeth feeling ‘after dentist clean’. I brushed my teeth four times the first day it arrived. My initial thoughts were that it looks, feels, and smells like lotion. The taste was mild, but very good, not overpowering. A little goes a long(er) way than one might initially think because it is so flat when you put it on your toothbrush. It doesn’t foam, which also contributes to the feeling of needing more. Edit: after using this toothpaste at least twice a day, I have noticed that, while my teeth do feel cleaner, they are not as white as they used to be and are a more sensitive. I will continue to use, but will likely use in addition to my regular toothpaste.

Apparently, from using a whitening charcoal toothpaste, I did something that made my teeth hurt. I had discomfort for about a year before I found this toothpaste. It says it remineralizes your teeth and I guess thats what it did. After about 2 month, my teeth stopped hurting. Im really happy.

This is my first time trying a nano-HA toothpaste. I read about it and then my son said he used one. I have nothing against fluoride and have used a fluoride toothpaste for I suppose 63 years now. But, if there is something potentially more effective and even safer, I think its worth a try. This is fine to use although I cant comment on its effectiveness. I do think it whitens a bit better than the gentle whitening fluoride toothpastes Ive been using. I have bern using a toothpaste for sensitivity-so far I havent noticed increased sensitivity with this toothpaste.

I wanted a n-ha toothpaste and this one did not disappoint. Its helped with sensitivity and helped eliminate some surface level cavities.

This is by far the best toothpaste Ive ever tried. I have sensitive teeth due to using harmful whitening toothpaste for years so I HAVE to have toothpaste for sensitivity, and this has actually helped while still whitening my teeth. I dont think Ive ever used a toothpaste that has worked so well at removing the yellow staining. A huge bonus for me as well is Ive grown a weird reaction to most toothpaste that causes the inside of my mouth to start peeling off (seriously gross) and I dont have that reaction to this. If youre curious about this brand I say just go ahead and try it. As long as you use as suggested (ie do not rinse mouth afterwards) I doubt youll be disappointed. Ive already suggested to multiple people to make the switch because I love this toothpaste so much.

For about a year, Boka Ela Mint was always out of stock when it was time to re-up on toothpaste. I ended up getting the ginger flavor, even though I was so-so on it without a basis for comparison. Finally got the Ela Mint, and it is fine, but a little strong. I prefer the Ginger and will order that flavor again when this runs out. I was slightly worried about the erythritol, but that recent study has a shifty methodology. People with those health conditions had elevated levels, but the body produces it and there is no indication that participants consumed it from other sources. I still try to minimize swallowing—it is toothpaste, after all. Edit: The Ela Mint flavor does not contain erythritol. Ginger does, but I stand by my preference.

I have this on subscription. I love it so much. I love the nano- hydroxyapatite for remineralization of my teeth. It has a refreshing taste. I leave it on my teeth without rinsing for maximum results. A tube lasts me about 2 moths brushing 2 mins each twice a day. Since stopping fluoride, my teeth as still just a white and healthy.
