> 3 dayOut of the blue last year, I developed an allergy to fluoride that sent me on a hunt for flouride-free toothpaste. I found Boka and really loved the scientific evidence of hydroxyapatite for cavity prevention as well as the fact that this brand didn’t use any artificial flavors or colors in their product. This is my 2nd time purchasing Boka toothpaste. My first purchase was the Ela Mint, which I give a 5/5. Unfortunately, the Coco Ginger flavor is really lacking in sudsing action compared to the mint. As far as whitening goes, I haven’t really noticed any changes, though that’s not something I’m really interested in nor pay attention to, as my teeth look fine IMO. It still does the job of cleaning my teeth and making my breath feel fresh, but I prefer Ela Mint.

> 3 dayHave been using Boca for awhile but this is the first time to review it. What I like about Boca first is that its fluoride free. Many dont know that this is considered a chemical, something I try to avoid. Cant speak for the remineralizing but perhaps it protects my teeth more than realized. It is pleasant tasting leaving my teeth and mouth feeling fresh and clean. Use it with an electric toothbrush that only requires a dab and tube lasts much longer than most toothpastes Ive used in the past so price wise its worth it. It also sits upright on the counter in a solid tube making it convenient and without much of a mess, and you dont have to squeeze and fold the tube to get more toothpaste out of it. Works well for me.

> 3 dayI am enjoying the flavor of this. It’s a nice change from mint. I’m not so sure that it cleans my teeth as good as other brands but it was a nice change for a little while:)

Greater than one weekThese definitely help with sensitivity. Make sure not to rinse with water after you are done with brushing.

> 3 dayI love how gentle the toothpaste is on my sensitive teeth and its subtle minty taste it leaves when you spit out the excess paste. I like to brush twice, once with a water rinse and the second time without a water rinse and just spitting out the excess paste. Feels a lot cleaner by doing it that way. Would definitely recommend!

20-11-2024WOW!!! Where was this when I was a kid - lol? This really is a gamer changer. I noticed some of the Reviews stated that it was a little pricey. You only use a very small amount. I think, in the long run, you are actually saving money because the tube will last longer. The taste is good but not overwhelming. It made my mouth feel fresh and clean. Thank you.

> 3 dayI am an autistic adult and couldnt consistently brush my teeth because of toothpaste. Ive tried kids flavored ones too and still cant stand it. This one is still texturally a nightmare for me, but I LOVE the flavor. It tastes like an orange sherbet milkshake. I can handle brushing much more often now. My new dentist was also super happy (and suprised!) that I got an N-Ha toothpaste because she said it really is showing to help remineralize teeth in studies, and its not just a health fad.
