> 3 dayParrots need to have things to destroy to keep them happy. They are not simply contented with plastic, non-destructible toys, they need to shred and chew things. Some wood toys will suit their need to chew things up--but other toys like this one fulfills their needs to destroy and shred things. Ive had these before and my bird loves to tear them apart. It keeps him busy and contented for hours and quieter. If youre new to parrot keeping dont buy toys on the basis of longevity alone, but things that they can destroy to fulfill their need for more active chewing activities.

> 3 dayMy birds usually love the finger traps but decided to try this one since it has the foraging heart and I must say they were much more involved with this one vs the others I have purchased. Theyve already destroyed half of it so Ill be purchasing a few more to replace the ones destroyed and have some back ups.
