I was Bringing my old Mac mini ( late 2009 ) back to life and couldnt get beyond OX snow leopard, I Couldnt download it from Apple, or anywhere else, and OX snow leopard kept blocking all attempts to upgrade to El Capitan. i had an imac early 2008 .replaced a bad hdd with a new one but after i installed OS 10.6 it wouldnt update anything . said the os udates expired. had the unit for 10 years and i decided to research to see if i can put in another OS. i found your product that had the details on upgrading an older apple desktop and it showed my model was included. it came in around 1pm this afternoon and 1 hour later i have a working imac with EL Capitan installed in it. runs perfect and shows a better picture on the screen. your product is as advertised to be.

I have an old 2009 Mac Book Pro that ran fine, but was running a little slow. I decided to wipe the hard drive and reinstall the OS. Unfortunately, Apple no longer supports El Capitan, which is the newest OS this thing will run. So, it was a fancy paper weight. Then: I bought this product and tried to install it many times. I kept emailing back and forth with the customer support team. They were so great. Amazing service. Eventually, I got my computer back working! Not sure why I had such a problem, but their support team was the best, patiently making suggestions and emailing me back and forth for a week.

So simple to use! I was able to wipe my ancient 2008 computer hard drive and reinstall the highest OS my computer would accept. The whole process took less than an hour. Great product and great price!
