Bounce Fabric Softener Dryer Sheets, Pure Sport, 105 Count

I have no doubt that this product -- lint sheets *for men* -- came out of market research that showed men who do the laundry dont use lint sheets, and that the way to get them to use them is to make lint sheets appear masculine. I dont know what pure sport is supposed to smell like, but these have a flowery, if not a tad purfume-like smell. But thats not a bad thing. I find that the smell is quite pleasant, and does not smell artificial or poignant like so many laundry products. It leaves a nice, subtle fresh smell on my clothes. I received this as a free sample, but I would definitely buy it.

Just washed the sweat out, well put the scent back in! Man smell. Dont dry your lady panties in this load, theyll disintegrate from the manly power of these dryer sheets.

I started using bounce sheets years ago, most likely 15 years ago. The smell was so good, you could smell the clothes for days. It was such a nice fragrence. However, I had gotten away from this product, them shortly after that I tried to use it again, and sadly their is absolutely no trace of that wonderful smell. What happened?? People would actually come into my home, and suddenly smell the wonderful scent. What happen???

Their description: A manly, clean, fresh, sporty scent for men who know what’s what. Both myself and my husband like the sent. It did smell like the typical man scent that you smell with Old Spic or an Axe Body Spray. They smelt clean no doubt but the sent was very faint which didnt necessary surprise me. I feel it is pretty typical for dryer sheets that I have used in the past that the scent is very light afterwards so like I said, it didnt surprise me.

Trying to find a fabric softener with a ‘manly’ smell. This was advertised as ‘pure sport’ manly smelling softener sheets. When I got it, it was even more ‘flowery’ smelling than the current fabric softener sheets I use now. So I immediately returned it. I know Bounce fabric softener sheets are terrific for softening and anti-static your clothes. They just don’t do ‘manly’ smells very well. Either that or we have very different ideas of what is a ‘manly’ smell.

I have purchased this item multiple times and love everything about it. Highly recommended!

We are laundry connoisseurs. We have tried it all (the fancy lavender-scented soaps, the organic softeners at Whole Foods, even those weird (but effective) dryer balls. Inevitably, we always return to the Tide/Bounce/Downy family. Its not the cheapest ... but its not the most expensive. (We could have bought new clothes with the price we paid for that lavender dealie/dealy!) When we saw this new Bounce, we had to try it!! Now, do not worry, this is not exclusively for the other 50% of the population. While it isnt a floral smell, it also does not smell like Old Spice or Head and Shoulders. I might be inclined to say that it has a bit of a CK One flair (if you remember those days). My better half simply said that the scent reminded him of clean laundry. (LOL!) It is a pleasant fragrance that both genders might appreciate. As always, it works like a charm: removing static, adding a touch of fragrance, and keeping everything baby soft. Finally, our biggest worry was that this would clash with the scented Tide (Tide with a Touch of Downy), the Downy Unstoppables (pink lid), and the Downy liquid softener (blue lid) ... as it turns out, no. No, that did not happen:) While I limit my P&G products (Im pretty sure that Whole Foods is going to demand my shopping bags back in the most Portlandia way possible), these are just the greatest.
