> 24 hourThis product is very sturdy. Others have mentioned that it is hard to adjust; I have fibromyalgia and had no trouble adjusting it. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is because I would like to see a larger opening for cooling. Otherwise this is a great product and I would not hesitate to buy it. It is worth the price.
