I had to replace my existing Rain Design stand because the foam pads fell off. I was looking for something with space under the computer platform portion and this one looked like a great match at a great price. I received it quickly and got it on my desk right away and immediately noticed that it is very well built, the hinges are nice and tight, but still adjustable, it is lightweight and it actually looks nice. The only thing I noticed is that since it is not unibody that thing is not terribly stable. Even as I type this my computer is shaking with each keypress. It is very noticeable but it isnt a major deal breaker for me. Overall I am pleased with this computer stand.

Solid stand and adjusts in any direction you can think of. It holds my MacBook Pro 16 and stays in place. Having this has really helped my neck and back pain while working from home.

The build quality is good… nice thick gauge metal used throughout, the quality control leaves something to be desired. Just as several people mentioned in the reviews, the first laptop stand I got rocked back and forth (like an table in a restaurant with slightly uneven legs… very annoying) because the metal plate that made up the base was not completely flat (not apparent to the naked eye, but very apparent when placed upon a flat surface and a laptop is placed on the stand. I asked for and received a replacement from Amazon. I have yet to set it up and use it regularly, but I did test it to make sure it did not rock back and forth, which thankfully it did not.

Works great

I have this for my laptop and also Ableton Push 2 controller. It’s light and very sturdy. The only downside would be that it’s quite hard to adjust, so not ideal if you’re looking for portability.

Excellent quality. Very versatile. Highly recommended. A bit hard to adjust but I guess it is supposed to be like that.

Needed to make my office more comfortable since Ive been working from home. This stand was a perfect addition.
