I have two heavy duty strings of lights outside. The original bulbs were a soft, yellowish light, very pleasant for sitting around in the evening. These replacement bulbs are very harsh by comparison, stark white light. Ruins the ambience completely. These are not for me. However, if the bright white light is what you want instead of the soft amber, order these with confidence. Each bulb is individually wrapped in its own little bubble wrap bag inside its own box, then the boxes are nested in another box for shipping. I thought this was a very thoughtful way to package them to minimize risk of breakage during shipping, and plus when you replace a bulb, the packaging is a perfect way to safely dispose of the burnt out one.

These are exactly what I was looking for. I already have many strings of incandescent market lights and didnr want to replace the entire strings. The ability to just replace the high wattage bulbs with new low wattage LED bulbs was just what i needed. These bulbs look great and are a perfect simulation of original bulbs.

We bought 2-50’. We love it. We bought extra lightbulbs as we broke one while installing.

These are perfect - 2W a little too bright for my yard. They are carefully packaged and each bulb is bubble wrapped and in its own little box. Beware of the other bulbs - I bought 2 different brands and they were all scratched where the rubbed against the box divider. I highly recommend and of the LED Edison bulbs from Brightech no matter the wattage.

These are a really nice alternative for regular bulbs, they look really good and dims really well.
