I really wanted to like this. I have a 2016 Tahoe with Car Play but really wanted to make it wireless. I bought another brand that was really flaky (would turn on and start playing music when you walked by the car, shut off and locked.....) and then I tried this brand. The first one arrived and it was sporadic in terms of being able to make voice commanded out going calls using my iPhone 12. I tried and tried and finally returned it on the 30th day and had them replace it with another unit figuring I just got a bad one.

I plugged it into the USB (it comes with A & C interfaces) and found it on my phone, clicked a few buttons and dropped into my center console. Now I get into my car, and within a minute (actually faster and more stable than the one I had in my 2019 Mazda CX-9 with built-in wireless CarPlay) I am completely and stably connected. Great product, very reasonable price, small and compact. Absolutely love it, makes using the CarPlay much easier too. I have the iPhone Pro and the built in holders in the car are too small for it. I used to have it fall out all the time when I had to connect it via USB, Now I leave it in the pocket and dont worry about forgetting it or it falling and breaking.
