You have to keep tightening the broom head because it comes loose as you sweeping. I don’t like that about this product.

The pieces are too long and heavy. I still may remove a section to make it more manageable. It collects small particles well. I wish the bin folded flat or allowed the broom inside to clean out while dumping. Seems poorly thought out.

UPDATE: The flimsy dust pan attachment to the pole after a couple of months almost completely gave out and the pole just slides and falls out of it now. The dust pan is almost useless, and while the broom is still functional, the bristles are not quite stiff enough for a hard sweep, and a cheap broom made of straw or even from Wal-mart will work better. While I downgraded my review, I left this at 2 stars because you can still technically use the broom, but you probably were buying this for the dust pan attached to a pole so you dont have to bend over. I recommend spending more money on a sturdy model. ORIGINAL REVIEW: While the broom part is mostly fine and intact, you have to be gentle with the dust-pan part as the pole can very easily twist off of it (the twist socket is not very deep). The biggest issue is the pole is much heavier than the dust-pan so it is prone to falling side-ways as well. Works in a pinch, but it might be better to pay more money for a stronger dust-pan with a pole attachment.

This broom is OK, it does the job. I gave it 4 stars because the rod is alway coming loose and I constantly have to tighten the rod when using it. I also think that it’s a bit over price.

I love the soft bristles of the broom and how the broom and dustpan snap together for storage. The only reason I don’t give it a 5 star is because I have to keep tightening the broom handle. Other than thanksgiving that it works great.

Dust pan is great. It has the teeth to clean the broom and it tall. It has some trouble staying screwed together. the broom bristles are very flimsy and flip what you are sweeping.

Exactly what I needed. I am a tall girl and I hate having to bend down for anything so this helped with having to sweep dust into the dust pan. The teeth on the dust pan helps a lot. Scraping off hair and dust balls eliminates tracking dirt and dust to other parts of the house.

Would buy it again for another part of home and would recommend it too!

While it is very lovely to look at, because the handles are metal, when put together to store, the soft-plastic base leans and then falls over due to the weight of the handles. The handles are too heavy for a person who is short (like me) or who might have arthritis or small hands. However, if you are somewhat tall, and your plan is to hang it on a wall or lean it in a corner for storage, it will be ok.

Good height, holds up steady and well . It’s cute too .
