Bristle are flimsy and too soft, also whenever i sweep the broom undoes it’s self. Very annoying but it’s aesthetically pleasing and gets the job done

If you want a broom that is flexible/flimsy and not able to sweep correctly then this it. I’m not sure if it’s the broom bristles or the black lip on the dust pan, but I am having to sweep the same thing 2-3x to get it into the dustpan. The broom bristles are shorter than the advertised pictures and aren’t study enough in my opinion. The black lip of the dustpan is too thick and things are getting swept under it. I will be returning this and hopefully they fix these two issues.

Would buy it again for another part of home and would recommend it too!

Broom handle broke and the bristle is too weak!

I throught it was smaller.

We have two new kittens. Anybody that has had kittens in the past or present knows that there is a certain kitty litter fling that goes with your kitties. Well, my kittens are Maine Coon kittens and they get BIG - like they are only 10 months old and weigh 17lbs already! Making matters even messier, they both have poly-paws, which means they have extra toes on extra big paws! Needless to say, litter was sort of going all over the place! We needed something that could be right near the mess, but not get in the way. This set fit the bill! I love that it stands up or can be hung! The cleaner brush on the dustpan helps out a LOT when dealing with kitty litter! The dustpan is rather lightweight, so if you need a really heavy duty pan, look elsewhere. If you have a easy job needing a quick and easy solution for picking up lightweight messes, this set will work fine for you!

Nice because you can make the poles as long or short as you like.

Smaller and more flimsy than I had hoped. Definitely wouldn’t classify this as “premium” I’ll most likely replace.

I like the product but the dustpan is not very strong and it could break very easily its cheap plastic.

Broom and dust pan look great, but less than a month and the pieces in the broom are already coming loose. The dust pan is already warped and trash will go under it instead of in.
