Our company bought this toner as a backup. The original toner finally ran out. We installed your TN-760 toner. After we installed the toner the copier kept giving an add toner error message. We have a brother L2750DW, which it says on the box is compatible. We had to have a copy tech come and try to fix it. It still didnt work with your toner. Unfortunately, we didnt find out this didnt work until after our return time frame ran out. We wont be buying from this seller ever again.

This year it’s cheaper buying the double pack here over staples. Works great. Myself and one of my teachers didn’t have to change it all year!

The toner is fine, Im not sure if the drum needs to be replaced, I keep getting gray shaded print-outs. Gotta do some research to resolve this issue, I dont want to keep wasting ink reprinting to get a clean copy.

This is supposed to be a genuine Brother Toner set. This was delivered August 19th and today Sept. 30th, it says to change the toner. There is not an option for a refund and I called the support number and it is for printers & equipment. The TN760 is supposed to yield 3000 sheets. This is for home use by only me and I only got about 300 sheets and I check the toner save mode on every print. I will see how the 2nd toner in the package does, but I wouldnt recommend buying. The print quality was good for the few hundred sheets I got out of it.

My office printer. I also tried an off brand drum and it was a disaster. Also purchased a Brother drum
