Brother Genuine TN760 2-Pack High Yield Black Toner Cartridge with Approximately 3,000 Page Yield/Cartridge

I tried compatible cartridges to save $$ but they dont have the even coverage official brother products do. I found the two pack to be a bit better value, but still incredibly pricey, but I will pay for quality when it comes to printing media for my business.

Weve been a brother customer for over 10 years and recently bought a two-pack on January 31, 2021. Were a small company and only change the toner of our one printer every 3-4 months. So it was the case that when we changed the toner today the toner would not work. We kept getting the message NO TONER, which was odd as youll either get a READY, LOW TONER, or REPLACE TONER. In short a Dud of a toner. A defective product kept in a stationary and supply desk in a building with a temperature of 72-77 degrees Fahrenheit. In other words, nothing to do with our storage of the product on our part would have caused it to malfunction We attempted all troubleshooting directions found online and then called Brothers support number through Amazons order link. We spoke to the rep who tried helping us but said that unfortunately, the purchase date was over 90 days and therefore not covered under their warranty. We can understand their policy but this is the closed-minded thinking that tends to occur when companies get too big and disconnected from their initial mission to provide top products and customer service. Were still hoping for a change of mind on Brothers part that will help us change our thoughts and conclusion of this review.

These were rated for more pages in the past. They work well but definitely print less per cartridge

Toner isn’t as much of a ripoff as ink cartridges but Brother’s profit margin is very healthy. I would much prefer a third party but with all of the nonsense over chips in the toner cartridges to fool the printer and companies like Brother and Lexmark and others that use replenishable supplies as their major profit center combined with some sleazy aftermarket vendors, for me it’s easier to pay the two bucks. Still, the whole business is pretty despicable.

We have purchased this toner before and it is of good quality. One would not be sorry they purchased it.

Was a former HP printer user for 15+ years. Finally decided enough was enough with their hich cost of ink/toner cartridges. Will NEVER go back.

IM JUST HAPPY THEY FIT & WORK. PRODUCTS IN THIS DAY & AGE OF HIGH TECH, MOST PRODUCTS ARE SOO DISAPPOINTING FROM THEIR FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS, WRONG SHIPMENTS, DAMAGED SHIPMENTS, TO THEIR POOR QUALITY.

Arrived quickly and does the job. I live in a rural area. Happy to not have to drive for over an hour.

This is supposed to be a genuine Brother Toner set. This was delivered August 19th and today Sept. 30th, it says to change the toner. There is not an option for a refund and I called the support number and it is for printers & equipment. The TN760 is supposed to yield 3000 sheets. This is for home use by only me and I only got about 300 sheets and I check the toner save mode on every print. I will see how the 2nd toner in the package does, but I wouldnt recommend buying. The print quality was good for the few hundred sheets I got out of it.
