Got this product as a Christmas gift it has glue or mold looking spots and not sure Id use it was stuck together tried to exchange but seems like a big run around to get a label to return this one for a new one or to get money back

I have several BTSKY cases! Never disappointed in the quality. You never know with zippers and this product never disappoints. Also, the elastic strips for the pencils is sewn in properly, no missing stitches and each spaced perfectly as advertised. I would highly recommend this brand of cases for your valuable pencils.

So far I am liking this product. I like that it is dark blue, so does not get dirty fast. Also, the zippers and the fabric are sturdy so far, and can hold 72 pens/pencils/crayons with no problem.
