Greater than one weekThese are great for exfoliating. I use my regular Body wash with them. In addition, an earlier reviewer stated that they were great to use prior to applying a self tanner. I found that to be a very true statement!

> 3 dayBuf-Puf has been a product Ive used for over 15 years. It beats any bath brush , sponge or body scrubber on the market. The blue side is for the body, the white side is more gentle for the face. I am 73 years old. I DO have good genes but everyone comments on how nice my skin look. Im convinced it is because I use the Buf-Puf regularly. There are a few copy-cat brands but this is excellent. You will notice a difference within a month.

> 3 dayHard to find the body sponges anymore. These are great all year around. Especially nice in winter, seems to make lotions work better after Ive exfoliated dry winter skin. Also if they get flat 30 seconds to 1 minute in the microwave (clean, rinsed sponge of course) fluffs them back up to like new fluffiness!
