Ive been using these body sponges for years. They do a great job of exfoliating your skin. Just be careful about using the blue side on your face until you are used to it.

Best product ive ever used for this purpose

Ive been looking for something exactly like this for so long. Ive only ever found small facial-sized puffs. So, I love these! They have just the right amount of exfoliation. Im not sure that their estimated 6 weeks of use is accurate. Im getting closer to 4 weeks before it starts wearing down/breaking down. Either way, these are so much better than those exfoliating shower poufs

SUPER SOFT SKIN -- Cant find these anymore in stores -- keeps my dry skin at bay due to gentle but effective exfoliating ability. Recommended by my dermatologist and using for 15 yrs now!!

Love these things. Great to buy in quantity. They do flatten and the white side pills as they get used. When they get too flattened and pill-ey, they make great scrubbers for the bathtubs and sinks and other random scrubbing jobs. They wash satisfactorily in the washer and dryer.

Great product, and excellent service by vendor. One of the best skin care products. Bern using it for years. Nothing else works as well.

Always loved them always will. I wish they were easier to come by. I cant find them in stores anymore.
