> 3 dayAlthough it has a lot of excellent reviews, this unit did not work well. It killed 2 mosquitoes while many were left to bite us. We had it for one week and had to kill the mosquitoes manually as they flew past this unit and never landed.

Greater than one weekIt won’t work unless it is plugged in. I tried to charge the battery but it won’t take a charge. If you turn it on while it is plugged in it turns on but won’t work unplugged. Save your money as it is a cheap piece of trash. Unfortunately my wife had thrown the box away before I tested this piece of trash or I would have returned it.

> 3 dayWe still enjoy all 4 scents - the chemicals seems different than previous orders. The packages have different tops/smaller in size. The smells is not as strong as previous orders. More chemical than aromatherapy (??). Will try ordering from another seller.

> 3 dayWe plugged this into the outlet on our deck for the first time this past weekend while we grilled dinner and we were out there from early evening through sunset into late night. We had it sitting on a table about five feet away from where we were grilling, and the photos show how many insects it captured in about five hours. Our mosquitos are BRUTAL here, and this bug zapper absolutely minimized the bugs that bothered us. Instead of getting the usual dozen mosquito bites per hour, I only got one bite the whole night. Its range is pretty small, so its great for a small deck like ours. If we wanted to expand into the backyard further, wed probably get a second one to double up or invest in an even bigger, portable one. If you have a small deck and are looking for something to cut down on the bugs within a close range, this is great for just twenty-ish bucks. We also use it inside in the kitchen for when we come back inside from grilling outdoors, just to help catch any bugs that might have followed us inside, so its nice to be able to plug it in both inside and out.

> 3 dayHolds secure when wind gusts come up. If you twist until the plate is in the sand also, it keeps the umbrella from tipping throughout the day. I also recommend drilling a hole in your umbrella pole so that the securing screw actually goes into the pole instead of just pressure against it, as a good wind will otherwise work your umbrella out of the anchor. The one bad thing about this is that after 1 season of use, the paint on the bottom has worn off and the metal is rusting pretty bad.

> 3 dayI absolutely love this product!!! It was SO very easy to screw into the sand. Its made out of metal instead of plastic, which I found to be perfect for the job it needs to do. It fit my Tommy Bahama umbrella pole perfectly. It held the umbrella when it got pretty windy, didnt even move or give the slighest bit. My friend that was with me and an umbrella that had its own built in plastic screw and it came out of the sand twice and kept swaying and falling over. Dont waste your money on another brand. This one is well worth the money. I bought a second one for the smaller umbrella I have at home, too.
