Excellent phone holder and Im just figuring out what else Im going to mount on it Im going to put two more things possibly my Garmin and either a tablet or satellite radio

Im moderately handy with things, but if I followed the written instructions I would have surely broken, scratched, dinged my dashboard. Having found a YouTube video and seen what you have to go through to install this item, the included instructions are practically worthless

This product was easy to install. It looks good and keeps my phone in place. I recommend it.

After 6 different mounts failed, I tried this one, which is by far the sturdiest and strongest. You must be comfortable taking your truck apart. It will make noises like you are breaking something, which is normal. When removing the speaker cover pay attention to the white tabs underneath that secure it. They can fall off and down into your dash. Otherwise, this is a must-have holder.

The base is assembled and bent very nicely, but the base is noticeably warped while marking the hole locations for installation. I tried some minor tweaking by hand to bring it back true but its box welded at the top for strength so the slight warp will have to stay. Its not visibly noticeable, nor does this affect performance. Once installed, I mounted the arm and phone holder and clamped up my S21 in a Quad Lock case. The phones weight is enough to overcome the tension on the dovetails at the end of the mounting arm without significantly overtorquing the brass threaded inserts in the wing nuts. I used some light sandpaper to smooth out the rough cast and powdercoat on the split clamp to allow for more surface area on the dovetail while under tension. This definitely helped the mount strength, but its an engineering oversight that could utilize splines or a detent system to clock the clamping ends and be significantly stronger. Overall, its a very sharp and cost effective mounting solution with some minor fitting/function issues. I like it.

This fit perfect in my 2019 F150 STX. Holds my phone perfect.

This product will never need to be replaced. Wasted time and money on cheaper holders that fell off constantly or damaged my ac vents. Well worth the money!!

Bad- one of the two springs popped out when inserting my phone

If you’re reading these reviews to see if it’s worth spending $100 on it just buy it I’m telling you right now. I’ve bought in four different phone mounts this year alone. Well paid over this thing I will say this that I haven’t seen in any of the other reviews if you have an iPhone max or that size and phone get the XL it won’t be as tight if you have a case on there but just buy the damn thing
